Users of the Orange mobile operator are facing a breakdown that prevents them from making or receiving calls, Tuesday, May 30. “THE Calls via the Orange mobile network are currently disrupted. Internet services on mobile and landline calls are functional”, explained Orange to franceinfo late Tuesday afternoon, confirming information from BFMTV.
“The whole territory is randomly affected and emergency numbers may be impacted”, specifies the mobile operator to France Télévisions. According to this same source, “it is advisable to renew the calls several times or to favor 112 to maximize the chances of getting help”. Orange ensures that the 112 works “Normally” and “the impact on other emergency numbers is limited”.
