Quebec would be the ideal filming location for a new season of The White Lotus, says Destination Quebec quoted. A few days after the broadcast of the last episode of season 2 of the series which concerns a hotel chain, the tourist group tries a charm operation with the producers.
“You need a hotel; we have the most photographed in the world! Here is the first argument launched by Robert Mercure, director of Destination Québec quoted, in a document addressed to the creator of the HBO series, Mike White.
In addition to the charms of the Château Frontenac, “the destination proposal” cites five other “reasons why Quebec would be absolutely perfect for The White Lotus “: “a majestic river”, “a bewitching atmosphere”, in particular because of the fortifications of Old Quebec and its architecture, “the magic of winter”, “a wild nature” without forgetting an attractive exchange rate.
“We felt that there was an opportunity to draw attention to our destination and promote it to potential producers. Quebec is simply magical. Magnificent. Historical.
