(New York) The New York Stock Exchange calmed things down on Friday, opening modestly higher after its best session in more than a year the day before, in the wake of very good results from the specialist in chips for artificial intelligence, Nvidia.
The Dow Jones index gained 0.22%, the technology-dominated NASDAQ advanced 0.36% and the S&P 500 gained 0.30% in early trading.
