Opening | Stanley: a breath of fresh air at the Sheraton Center

New concept and reimagined space, it’s a breath of fresh air blowing on the Center Sheraton Montreal with Stanley.

Intended for both tourists and residents, the new restaurant is a friendly and unpretentious place where you can eat morning, noon and evening, explains the general manager, Bertil Fabre. You can meet there with office colleagues for dinner, spend an evening with friends or have a drink before a show downtown.

The menu has been designed to satisfy a varied clientele with individual dishes and dishes to share. “There are of course burgers and club sandwiches, but we also have a more refined cuisine for external customers like our poke bowl and our lobster risotto,” says Bertil Fabre. The tastes and flavors of Montreal are showcased and the beverage offering – whether it’s the wine list or the cocktails and mocktails – has been completely revamped.

“It’s an open space, it’s chic and tasteful,” says Bertil Fabre. The new concept enhances the culinary offer of the Business District. The pastries – and the fries – are worth the trip, they say.
