The La Tanière Group, with its Restaurant of the Year Award for its Tanière gourmet restaurant3 and the Laurel for Mixologist of the Year awarded to Simon Faucher this week, has just opened a cocktail bar in Quebec, near Petit-Champlain.
Le Vieux Carré, named in honor of a classic made with rye, cognac, vermouth and Bénédictine, is adjacent to the L’Orygine restaurant.
It is also the chef and co-owner, Sabrina Lemay, who concocted the short menu of small things to eat. But we mainly go to this intimate place to drink.
There are around twenty options, with or without alcohol. The room with around 20 seats is intimate, but the terrace with a view of the Place de Paris and the river can accommodate many more guests.
To discover this summer in Old Quebec, sheltered from the overflow of tourists!
