Donald Trump is accused of having hidden in his company accounts a payment of $130,000 intended for pornographic actress Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence during the 2016 presidential campaign. She claims to have had an affair with the business man. He theoretically faces several years in prison, but his lack of convictions in the past should allow him to avoid the humiliation of incarceration if he is found guilty.
