A 2011 graduate of ESC Tours and the University of Sherbrooke, Aurélien Amaz joined a multinational environmental services company. Then, he volunteered on a market gardening farm. In 2016, he was founding partner of Roots, an organic – local – bulk store. Aurélien now supports 50 municipalities on innovative projects and advises business creators within an incubator.
