The General Directorate of Public Finance (DGFiP) announced on Friday 8 April the suspension “from now on” access to the online tax return site “at least for the weekend”, due to errors in the pre-filling of declarations, in particular for teachers.
“Access to the online declaration is temporarily suspended from today, the time to carry out the necessary investigations“, explained a spokesperson for the DGFiP, after taxpayers reported overstated amounts of pre-filled income, the day after the start of the income declaration campaign for 2021.
