A collision between a motorcycle and a heavy truck left one seriously injured Wednesday afternoon in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
According to the Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Police Department, the collision occurred shortly before 3:40 p.m. at the intersection of Chemin du Clocher and Chemin de la Coulée-des-Pères.
“Chemin du Clocher is closed to all vehicle traffic for an indefinite period between rue Deland and Chemin des Vieux-Moulins,” said a spokesperson.
A police officer specializing in collision investigation visited the scene to try to determine the causes and circumstances of the accident. The investigation continues.
