Traffic was very dense on the roads of France this Sunday, the return day from the Ascension weekend, symbolized by a black flag of Bison Futé. Shortly after 4 p.m., a serious collision occurred on theA10 motorway in Paris directionthe level of sea toll (Loir-et-Cher), between Blois and Orleans. Five vehicles collided and caused at least five injuredwhose a grave. Traffic stopped for two hours
Two Samu helicopters had to land on the tracks to help the victims. Traffic has been stopped for almost two hours, with five kilometers of traffic jams but gradually resumed after 6 p.m. on one lane. A second was opened about twenty minutes later, but traffic remains disrupted towards the capital. The highway was also closed between Tours and Bloisthen reopened.
In a press release, Vinci Autoroutes specifies that “the Blois exit (17) is still recommended for motorists coming from Tours” and “traffic management measures are gradually being lifted“.
