The legendary Boston Red Sox stadium became a swimming pool for some fans on Friday night during a duel against the New York Mets.
The downpours in Massachusetts, which forced the two teams to finish the meeting the next day, did not prevent fans from having fun. According to the “Boston Herald”, several inches of water fell in a short time.
A video on Twitter also shows a shirtless supporter sliding into the water.
Videos shared on social media showed the extent of the rainfall. Stairs have become a waterfall. Supporters were ankle-deep in water in some areas of the stadium.
