This is the big leap. Perigord rapper Syron is having his first solo tour this November. A crash test that allows him to test his brand new album Anté Diluvien to the public. This presence on stage, through a series of concerts until November 6 in New Aquitaine, is a deliverance for this 24-year-old rapper with a very serious voice. The Covid epidemic prompted him to delay the release of his album for two years. “There is impatience and excitement, because we have worked well for two years”, smiles the artist.
It was in the studio of producer Vörse in Périgueux that was born Anté Diluvien. “Syron is a rapper who has a big voice and that’s pretty cool, because there are few rappers who have that voice. The current fashion is to remove a lot of bass in the voice to have very high pitched voices. Me, I like to deal with a rapper who has a lot of bass “, comments the producer.
A locksmith by profession, Syron tried to bridge the gap between the 90s of his youth and the present day. “I didn’t want something that was too current, or too much of the 1990s, he laughs. I wanted something more like me, with references to the 90s that blend in with what is done today.”.
Syron will be on stage on November 5, 2021 at CaféMusic ‘(Mont-de-Marsan) and on November 6, 2021 at Ampli (Billère), as part of the “Aquitaine On The Road” tour organized by the contemporary music rooms (SMAC) of the region.
