Two very beautiful early fall events are taking place in the coming days.
Posted at 5:00 p.m.
The Brome-Missisquoi farms and restaurants pop-up was a success last year. Here he is back, in the beergarden Espace Dunham (behind the brewery), on Wednesday September 21 (postponed to September 28 in case of rain), from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
A sort of open-air food fair, the event will allow you to taste the creations of the restaurants, go to the market and drink regional products, under the advice of three experienced sommeliers.
Saturday, September 24, direction Laurentians, at the Les Conifères inn. This hosts Jolifeu, a bakery project by Mélanie Simard (service at Bouillon Bilk and La Belle Histoire) and Renaud Letellier (cooks at Hoogan & Beaufort, St-Urbain, Bouillon Bilk and La Belle Histoire, among others). , which will launch later this fall.
The “picnic” will consist of six small harvest dishes, for $40 per person, before taxes and service.
