Before, during or after a bike ride on Le P’tit train du Nord, Le Baroudeur de Saint-Sauveur, 2 km from the track, welcomes fans of the little queen (and others!) wishing to take a break from a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
The project is led by chef Samuel Paradis-Tremblay, also the instigator of the restaurant Les Vieilles Portes which will open shortly in Saint-Sauveur, and by his father.

Located a few steps from the church, in a less busy section of Rue Principale, the pretty cycling café offers morning pastries and several types of coffee from Barista Microtorréfacteur, including a divine latte, both full-bodied and creamy. Those who want to picnic in the surrounding area will also find what they are looking for with various sandwiches to take away (the croque-monsieur is delicious!), iced coffees and some sweets (excellent scones, tempting cake, panna cottas).
If you are more of an aperitif type, the Italian-Parisian inspired café-buvette, which will extend its opening hours from June 22, has recently obtained an alcohol license and offers different options to sip (cocktails , wines by the glass, etc.) and antipasti to nibble on its back terrace. A project of speakeasy is also planned in the basement.
You can even leave with shorts, a jersey or a cute cycling cap since clothing and accessories from the Quebec company Le Braquet are sold on site.
