(Montreal) The movie viking by Stéphane Lafleur will have its world premiere in the Platform section of the Toronto International Film Festival.

This competitive section, which includes between seven and ten films each year, was created in 2015 to highlight the work of innovative and original filmmakers.

In the story, the Viking Society recruits volunteers to collaborate on the first manned mission to Mars.
The objective is to form a B team of alter egos who will live the adventure in parallel, behind closed doors on Earth, in the hope of resolving from a distance the interpersonal problems encountered by the five real astronauts who will soon land on the red planet.
