Our leader
Charles Coulombeau, starred chef of the restaurant La Maison dans le Parc in Nancy, rubbed shoulders with English life for 3 years, before returning to Lorraine to take over the management of the gastronomic establishment above. It was appropriate to approach with him the universe and the specialties of British cuisine on the occasion of the Jubilee, the 70 years of reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
One day, one trade
A connoisseur of fresh seasonal products, Géraldine has nothing to be ashamed of as much as her strawberries in her Vegetable Garage in Nancy, to be found among the products of the moment in her shop as indicated by the photo of her window with good asparagus.
Our culinary expert
The Eton Mess, a funny story for a simple English dessert based on meringue, strawberries (it’s in season!) and whipped cream, which is offered to us by our young talent Maxime who had the audacity to add a Bergamot tile made from melted sweets to enhance the whole thing and give it a Lorraine touch!
