On the cover of one of the most famous magazines, the photo of Kate Middleton with her transformed face is scandalous!

On November 13, the British royal family marked its very first Remembrance Day (Day of Remembrance, during which a tribute is paid to the victims of the First World War, and to veterans) without Queen Elizabeth II. Disappeared last September, the monarch gave way to her son, Charles III, who was in good standing in Whitehall, to lay a wreath of poppies at the foot of the war memorial.

Outrageously wrinkled Kate Middleton

On the balcony, up high, his wife Camilla Parker Bowles, queen consort, was alongside Kate Middleton, who has just been promoted to Princess of Wales. Prince William’s wife wore a black outfit for the occasion with a poppy pinned to the jacket. And to report the event in its columns the next day, the Mirror chose a photo that caused a lot of ink to flow…

The Daily Mirror is believed to have heavily retouched Kate Middleton’s face to make her appear much older than she actually is – the mum of George, Charlotte and Louis is 40. On Twitter, the front page of the tabloid was shared by journalist Neil Henderson, and there were many reactions.

‘Shameful what the Daily Mirror did to the face of the Princess of Wales’, reproached the royal expert Dickie Arbiter. And to add: “And note to editor: His Royal Highness did not lead the salute to the dead, she was a spectator. The King led the salute – this title is worse than The Crown”.

Internet users have in turn denounced: “It’s beyond disrespect, not just to Catherine, but to the lives of all the people she was there to commemorate”, “I don’t think I’ve seen such a bad photo montage for a long time. If I were Catherine, I wouldn’t be happy” or “Why is this horrible aging Photoshop work on the Princess of Wales? It’s so mean and disrespectful to her on this solemn day when she does her duty and honors fallen war heroes.”

Who is behind this maneuver?

Behind this unflattering cover, (Kate Middleton still has marked wrinkles, hollow features and graying hair) should we see the malevolence of her sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, wife of Prince Harry. Some do not refrain from imagining it, assuring that the DailyMirror would work for the Sussexes.
