Guest in the 19/20 info culture interview on Saturday March 16, Louise Bourgoin plays a Latin teacher in the film “Bis Repetita”. She shares the story of the film, as well as her enthusiasm for the role.

On the movie poster Kisses Repeat, in theaters on March 20, Louise Bourgoin plays the main role, that of a Latin teacher. The actress explains what the film is about: “it’s the story of a Latin teacher who quit a bit, in the sense that she gives 19/20 to all her students but in exchange, she no longer teaches. It’s a pact between them, and unfortunately, she is caught in her own trap: she wins a selection in the competition for the best Latinists in the world, and she will be forced to go there with her class.”

“It’s really the comedy I was waiting for”

Asked about her role, the French actress shared her enthusiasm. “When I read the script, I said to myself, Ah dear, but this is really the comedy I was expecting. It’s been seven years since I last acted in a comedy“, she says. Louise Bourgoin was also delighted with the youth of the cast and the locations of the filming set: Naples and Pompeii, in Italy.
