Variety indicates that Shape Of YouEd Sheeran’s big hit, slips into second position among the most listened to tracks on the most popular music streaming platform (3.75 billion plays at the time of writing).
Starboy, another song by The Weeknd, is expected to cross the 3 billion stream mark soon. The Canadian superstar is due to release a new album this year. No release date has yet been revealed. It will probably be the last one that the singer born Abel Tesfaye will publish under his current pseudonym.
