For him, there is no doubt: “Of course we have to help Ukraine”. What he questions, however, is France’s ability to do so militarily: “The reality is that France has been wrong for 25 years by investing too little in its defense”.
“Today we still have an extremely limited stock and I believe that we are objectively doing the maximum.”
