the Omnivorous Food Festival is held in Paris, Parc Floral de Vincennes, from September 10 to 12. A hundred exhibitors and partners meet there for a meeting that is both professional and general public, a major event for those looking to eat well.
“Omnivore is also a place where you can free yourself from the constraints of French gastronomy”explains Thierry Marx, who participated in the birth ofOmnivorous. “We were a group of friends and we wanted to fight it out.It also allows you to reveal talents and a different culinary approach.”
HAS Omnivorous, we taste products, we see chefs, we attend masterclasses, but we also talk about the major food issues. The area, at the center of global concerns and concerns, faces immense challenges related to climate change, geopolitical instability and the resulting shortages of resources.
The solution will come from the hybridization of several brains, not from one or two famous chefs and fashionable pastry chefs. It will also come from researchers from Inserm or Inra who will make it possible not to name the culprits, but to move forward on new paths towards a reasonable diet which has a controlled social, environmental and nutritional impact.
