A Parisian is set to land at OM. Free since July 1st and the end of his adventure after five years at Juventus, Adrien Rabiot took the time to study the options that were available to him this summer. And through an official press release published on Sunday September 15th, Olympique de Marseille announced that it had found “an agreement in principle” with the French international.

Trained at PSG, the 29-year-old player, highly sought after, was at one time announced as being close to England and Manchester United. The native of Saint-Maurice (Val-de-Marne), used to playing in the Champions League, will nevertheless not experience any great continental thrills with Marseille this season.

French international (48 caps), finalist of the 2022 World Cup and starter at the last Euro with the Blues, Rabiot brings his experience and will come to strengthen an Olympian midfield which has already been strengthened in recent weeks, notably with the arrivals of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Ismaël Koné.
