The outfits worn by Celine Dion, Lady Gaga, Aya Nakamura and Axelle Saint-Cirel during the opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games are on display at the Galerie Dior in the City of Lights.
It was in the greatest secrecy that Maria Grazia Chiuri, artistic director of Dior, created these magnificent outfits.

Celine Dion’s sublime white silk dress took over 1,000 hours to make; it is adorned with over 500 meters of fringe and composed of thousands of silver beads. Lady Gaga paid tribute to Zizi Jeanmaire with a black satin bustier, a feather skirt and a headdress by Stephen Jones. Aya Nakamura wore a gold dress made of feathers, while opera singer Axelle Saint-Cirel wore a long silk crepe dress with an impressive red train.
These spectacular outfits are therefore at the Galerie Dior, which traces the history and legend of the House of Dior through its most emblematic creations. If you are passing through Paris, you have until September 30 to go there. It is wiser to book online.
