Olivier Véran, government spokesperson, was placed in June by the Court of Justice of the Republic under the status of assisted witness, for “voluntary abstention from fighting a disaster”, franceinfo learned on Friday November 24, from a source close to the file, confirming information from the AFP.
The current government spokesperson has already been heard three times, including the last time in November, for his management of the Covid-19 health crisis when he was Minister of Health, reports this same source.
