This magnificent outdoor space, which can be visited from morning to evening, allows you to feel elsewhere without leaving the city. Owned by Devin DeSousa and Echo Vergil (Fabergé) for seven years, the place offers a multitude of options for gourmets: a coffee corner, operated by MELK, a large 250-seat terrace where you can eat and aperitif and, on weekends, a farmer’s market in the adjacent outdoor area, with around ten kiosks selling market garden or processed products and other local delicacies. All this is part of the mission that the place has given itself, explains Mr. DeSousa, which is to highlight the richness of the terroir and the work of local producers.

This year, the menu, produced in the large outdoor kitchen, is designed for sharing, with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, among others. Chief Kevin Do leads the brigade. “We do business with a dozen local and organic producers and artisans. Every week, we have new arrivals. We try not to distort the products, but to enhance the taste. It’s a simple menu, but made with lots of love! » Platter of fresh East Coast oysters and their mignonettes, spreads (hummus, tapenade, eggplant, kopanisti), flatbreads cooked to order, seasonal salads… It is indeed tasty and very well cooked. With a glass of wine or a cocktail made from alcohol and local ingredients, under the sun, you really feel like you’re on vacation!
