In Ain, a nurse has made a key ring in which health professionals can store their jewelry. A good way to fight nosocomial infections. #TheyHaveTheSolution

It is a hygienic jewelery holder which is the ally of health professionals in their fight against nosocomial diseases in the hospital. In Pont-de-Vaux in Ain, Sandrine Iniesta is at the origin, with her father, of this invention which makes life easier for caregivers. It is precisely a capsule with closure by screwing and cord tightening. Sandrine gave it a trade name: HyBiper.

“Basically, I asked my dad. He did this for me in the garage. He made me a little prototype and then my colleagues liked it, and they asked me for one, then two and three. That’s where the commercialization came from”says Sandrine Iniesta, nurse.

If this jewelry holder has met with great success, it is because caregivers who work in the hospital often lose their bracelets, necklaces, pendants… which they store in their blouse or in their bag so as not to bring germs in patient rooms. “I tried to store them in my blouse, to hang them on a chain. And I lost a lot of them”smiles a caregiver.

“I found the solution thanks to this jewelry holder. In professional life, I also keep them on me, but respecting the rules of hygiene”said Sandrine Iniesta. The HyBiper has met its audience and is now on sale online.
