The National Assembly discusses, Monday, July 11, the motion of censure tabled by the New Popular, Ecological and Social Union (Nupes). It should not succeed, because Les Républicains and the National Rally do not want to vote for it.

The motion of censure tabled by the deputies of the New Popular, Ecological and Social Union (Nupes) “is absolutely useless” and “wouldn’t change anything”, judged Pierre-Henri Dumont, deputy secretary general of the Les Républicains (LR) party, Monday July 11 on franceinfo. This motion of censure against the government of Elisabeth Borne will be discussed in the National Assembly from 4 p.m. on Monday. It has almost no chance of succeeding, for lack of support from the LR and National Rally (RN) groups.
