(New York) New York Rangers defenseman Jacob Trouba was suspended two games without pay by the NHL on Saturday for elbowing Vegas Golden Knights forward Pavel Dorofeyev.
Trouba elbowed Dorofeyev late in the second period in a game the Golden Knights won 5-2 Friday night against the Rangers.
Trouba will lose US$83,333 in salary.
