A series of matches to measure up to the big international teams less than a year from the World Cup at home: the XV of France kicks off its fall tour this Friday with a match against Australia at the Stade de France.

Romain Ntamack will probably be back in the group. The opening half of the Stadium, injured in the tibia since September 11 against Toulon, has not yet played in club. Thomas Ramos tipped
Beyond Dupont, Jelonch, Baille or Marchand, another Toulousain should be on the scoresheet: Thomas Ramos. Often confined to a role of lining with the Blues, he should finally have his chance, at the back, in the absence of his teammate with the Reds and Blacks Melvyn Jaminet, who is injured. Ramos has been chaining performances for more than a month high level in the Top 14 with Toulouse, as an opening half. He has not always convinced Fabien Galthié to select him in blue, but he is having a thunderous start to the season. And it is not his club partner Matthis Lebel who will say the opposite: “I think he is very attached to rugby and to Stade Toulousain. He did not deflate when the club signed very good players in his position. He worked hard to have the most complete start to the season possible. and he has shown it in all the matches he has played since the start of the season: he has never missed it. He is a guy who loves rugby and is interested in what he can improve, what he can bring to the team. He is a hard worker.”
The XV of France must compete two other meetings in November : the 12th against South Africa in Marseille and the 20th against Japan in Toulouse.
