A minor suspected of having fired in the direction of a residential building and his two accomplices were arrested, reported Thursday the Police Department of the City of Montreal (SPVM).
On the night of November 3, the alleged gunman, a minor, and two acolytes fired five times against a duplex located on a residential street in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood in Montreal. The shots were not injured.
At the end of their investigation, police officers from the Western Criminal Investigations Section of the SPVM arrested the suspected shooter, accused of conspiracy and death threats. Detained for further legal proceedings, he is also exposed to charges related to the use of a firearm.
His alleged accomplices, who face no charges so far, have been released for investigation.
As part of the police procedures, three searches were carried out in Montreal and its outskirts in order to collect evidence.
