He is one of Cyril Hanouna’s new recruits, and not the least. Since the start of the 2023 school year, Jacques Cardoze joined the ranks of the talk show Do not touch My TV (C8)!
A new TV transfer which is causing ink to flow since the 54-year-old man is none other than the former editor-in-chief of the show Further investigation (from 2018 to 2021). A magazine broadcast on France 2 that the C8 troublemaker knows well given that for several months, the host has been the subject of an in-depth investigation into his person as part of a new issue which will probably see the light of day this year .
Guest on the set of Buzz TV (Le Figaro) this Wednesday, September 20, Jacques Cardoze therefore answered the question that everyone is asking, namely: “was he recruited to type in ‘Further investigation’ qyes prepare a number on Cyril Hanouna?
“We should question my subconscious”, he replied in complete transparency. And added: “In any case, there is no strategy behind it. Cyril Hanouna did not contact me, it was I who asked him. I know that at France Télévisions, many people wondered, thinking that I had negotiated something with the Bolloré group. I say it today: none of that. Afterwards, it’s not a matter of spitting in the soup. I have never done it either for OM or for France Télévisions.”
“There are no good and bad audiences, those who have the right to report the news and the others. What do we blame Cyril Hanouna for? For having succeeded in making good broadcasts during the electoral campaign? It is the worst humiliation for the public service to no longer have a good political broadcast”, he concluded on this subject.

How did Jacques Darroze join the gang?
If Jacques Darroze made it known on the set of Buzz TV that it was he who had applied to join the team of Do not touch My TV !the latter however clarified that he had not signed a season contract. “I am not an employee of H2O (the production company, Editor’s note). After seeing Cyril Hanouna this summer over an iced tea, I came to an agreement with his partner, Lionel Stan, on the amount of daily wages, which I will not reveal. It is less than what I could receive at OM or than certain salaries at France Télévisions when you are well placed”he revealed.
A new recruit who has already proven himself since Jacques Darroze has appeared regularly on the air alongside Cyril Hanouna since the start of the school year. A season which is already breaking audience records.
