The famous 16th century French astrologer’s predictions continue to fascinate long after his death.
Michel Nostradamus, in his work entitled “Prophecies” published in 1555, predicted several major events of recent centuries and his predictions extend until 2025.
Here is what the prophet predicted for 2024:
· Prince Harry will become king
A “King of the Isles” will be “driven out by force”, we can read in one of his texts. Experts believe this passage could refer to King Charles III, according to IFL Science.
· China at war
Nostradamus predicted “naval combat” and a “red adversary will turn pale with fear, plunging the ocean into dread.” Some believe it could be China due to the red color of the country’s flag.
· Climatic disorders
The astrologer was already foreseeing extreme climate changes, leading to global famine, according to the New York Post. “The dry land will become more and more parched and there will be great floods when it is seen,” he wrote.
· A new pope
Pope Francis could be replaced in the next year. “By the death of a very old Pontiff, a Roman of good age will be elected, of whom it will be said that he weakens his seat, but he will remain seated for a long time and in biting activity,” he writes. The 87-year-old sovereign experienced some health problems in 2023.
