Saturday, April 15, 2023 will be forever etched in Vianney’s memory. This is very sad news that the singer shared on his Twitter account. Indeed, the thirties reposted images of one of his young fans during one of his concerts in Bercy, in 2022. Unfortunately, the latter died.
“A year ago… my little Paul was humming Vianney’s songs at Bercy… We miss you Paul, it’s an indescribable feeling. I love you, forever, be sure”, wrote his mother, mentioning the interpreter of Not there. The latter added these few sweet words: “Rest in peace little Paul. Thank you for these moments together. Everyone loves you and no one will ever forget you, we promise”.

In a few hours, Vianney and his fellow coaches such as his Zazie, Amel Bent, BigFlo & Oli will embark on the second stage of The Voice. After the blind auditions, it’s time for different Battles from previous editions. The jurors will no longer face the talents but with them, on stage. “It was quite incredible, we felt in the front row of a concert”, he remembered at a press conference in February 2023. A novelty that Amel Bent tasted very little before changing his mind. “There is less distance between them and us. At no time could we escape. We had to take our courage in both hands.”
