No medal in giant slalom for Tessa Worley after a fall in the second run

The Frenchwoman Tessa Worley was eliminated from the giant slalom of the 2022 Olympics. Unfortunately, she fell shortly before the finish of the second run. The chip from Grand-Bornand Worley had set the seventh fastest time in the first heat.

The double giants world champion continues her upset history with the Games: in giants, her favorite discipline, she finished 16th in 2010, was injured in 2014 and ranked 7th in 2018. One of the two giants flags of the French delegation during the opening ceremony reassured about his physical integrity in the process. Next meeting on February 11 for Tessa Worley with the Super-G.
