This is a relief for the mayor of Île d’Aix: the 58 people tested, Monday, to see if they had the Covid are all negative. There is no focus, no cluster. This screening took place on a voluntary basis. More than half of the population has therefore been tested, “It is reassuring, there is therefore no source of massive contamination” according to Patrick Denaud, the mayor, “otherwise we would have seen it with this screening”. “The aim was also to reassure the inhabitants.”
