No cold weather with the Old Scoundrels!

Johnny Hallyday passed away 5 years ago, on December 5, 2017, following his courageous fight against lung cancer. And at home, if many things have changed, his daughters have grown up and his wife has relocated, the memories remain intact… This is what his daughter, Joy, explained on January 5 on her Instagram account in posting a photo of the family refrigerator.

Joy Hallyday is at Savannah

She who has just returned from skiing (she was in Meribel for the end of year celebrations after having inaugurated an exhibition dedicated to her dad, in Brussels) is passing through Savannah, the Hallyday house in Marnes-la-Coquette , which has not yet found a buyer. She spends a few days there before heading back to Los Angeles and school.

And Joy clarifies that in the kitchen in Paris, what is on the refrigerator has “not changed since 2015″. We thus discover a magnet “I love Dad”, a postcard of the Eiffel Tower, small Chinese dolls, and a birthday card written by Joy for her mother, Laeticia Halldyay, with adorable child’s handwriting. Even more surprising, there is a promotional magnet for the Vieilles Canailles tour.

No cold with the old scoundrels

The show was her late dad’s very last. As a reminder, with the help of doctors, and his wife, the Taulier had made his last tour in June and July 2017, alongside his friends Jacques Dutronc and Eddy Mitchell, in a declining state of health. A tour that had first started three years earlier. The first time the trio performed on the Bercy stage, they gave six performances there, from November 5 to 10, 2014.

And the witness of this beautiful era has not been removed from the decor, at Savannah. Since the death of the idol of young people, however, Laeticia Hallyday and her daughters have not really maintained close relations with Jacques Dutronc and Eddy Mitchell…
