The last round of quarter-final of the French championship volleyball between Sete and Narbonne will be played at behind closed doors Wednesday evening. The decision was taken by the National Volleyball League office on Monday, after the incidents occurred in Game 3 last Thursday.
An assistant coach from Narbonne had notably been punched in the face by a security guardwhile tension went up between the group from Narbonnais and spectators from Sète. The Centurions had then withdrawn for the fourth game, and had thus offered the point to their opponent.
The two teams are therefore tied (2-2) and will meet Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Narbonne, in an empty saddlefor a place in the semi-finals.
