After reaching an agreement – undisclosed – with her father last week regarding his legal costs, thus ending a long family dispute, Britney Spears continued to clean up her past on Thursday.
The singer known in particular for pop hits Toxic And Oops ! …I Did It Again and her ex-husband Sam Asghari, a model and actor, have submitted an agreement on the division of their property to a judge for approval, according to documents filed in a Los Angeles court, nine months after their separation.
The documents provide few details, but indicate that neither Spears nor Asghari will receive any child support going forward. Asghari had said in his initial petition that he would seek financial support. Any future disputes must be resolved by private arbitration.
A judge is expected to soon approve the stipulated solution and declare them both single. The pop superstar, 42, and Asghari, 30, split in July 2023, approximately thirteen months after they married and seven years after they began dating.
