nine buses in Auxerre, the opinion of Guy Roux, “50-50″…

Tension in the premises of the Supporters Club this Thursday, May 19. The phone calls are linked, the comings and goings follow one another. But the waiting lists are already long. Hundreds of numbers ready to be called back. “It’s frustrating, one of the greatest matches of the last ten years, and we will live it on TV”laments Christophe.

500 supporters in Auxerre

Eventually, the situation returns almost to normal. Nine buses will go to Abbé Deschamps for this meeting. Four from the Supporters Club, three from the Tribune Nord Sochaux, and two from Paris. The 600 parking spaces will not be filled, but nearly 500 supporters should take place there. A lesser evil because the situation was very badly embarked this Thursday afternoon. “We have to do it at the last moment, because that’s how these roadblocks work, but the end of May is the period of the green classes, there is a shortage in the offer”, explains Alain Drivière, of the Supporters Club.

Still 50-50?

Despite this parking fewer than in Paris. the objective will of course be the same as in Paris: qualification for the real play-off, against a Ligue 1 team. “We want to go to the end, no matter who we faceconfirms Omar Daf. We will go to Auxerre with our weapons, with the humility that characterizes us.” But Auxerre had more restdid not persist on the lawn of Charléty on Tuesday. “There will be no more fatiguewants to believe Joseph Lopy. We know what to expect, it will be 50-50. I’m not going to say too much, but we worked to play against them.”

The Auxerrois coach, Jean-Marc Furlan, has can not wait to be there : “We will see a tough and interesting match, anything can happen”he confided.

“Paris, it would have been the bus in front of the surface”

One of AJA’s legends, Guy Roux, is also looking forward to it. He fears the Sochaux team, “who plays good football”more according to him than the PFC “who would have parked the bus in front of the goal with counter-attacks”explains the emblematic Auxerre coach. “The outcome is extremely indecisive. In the league, Sochaux made a very good impression on me, with very good collective play”
