The Star Academy bonus this Saturday, December 23, 2023 was placed under the sign of celebration and emotion. While no student was nominated, former students like Emma Daumas, Houcine, Aurélie Konaté, Mario Barravecchia and Michal but also former teachers namely Kamel Ouali, Armande Altaï and Oscar Cisto were present on set. Something to delight viewers who were also able to see iconic singers like Hélène Ségara and Serge Lama perform their hit with the candidates.
As host, Nikos Aliagas, as always, played his role wonderfully… but was disrupted by a small technical incident. While speaking to Pierre, the host found himself with lots of white smoke in his face, smoke generally projected onto the ground to create a beautiful atmosphere on the stage. “Why are people blowing smoke into my face?” asked Nikos Aliagas. “I really say it in all friendship, if anyone can get me out of this… this ambush“. he added, almost falling because he could no longer see anything, just after the fall of singer Hélène Ségara.
“I got myself a cameraman! You’re sick, aren’t you?“, he said, laughing. Unable to keep his seriousness after that, the host was then overcome by uncontrollable laughter, preventing him from presenting the next tape correctly.
A sequence which caused a lot of laughter and made viewers react strongly on X (formerly Twitter): “A freewheeling evening. But also full of emotion, very nice bonus”, “Laughing with Nikos Aliagas”, “Our sheet metal worker in international class mode”, “A great moment from Uncle Nikos since 2001!”, “Nikos you are incredibly funny when you let loose”.
