Former President Nicolas Sarkozy comes out of his reserve to denounce “a denial of democracy” within the Republicans. In this interview, Nicolas Sarkozy also criticizes the inexperience of Jordan Bardella. “Allying yourself with the National Rally today means putting yourself in the shoes of a 28-year-old young man who, if he succeeds, will not leave your place, and if he fails, will take you with him”, he insists. Jordan Bardella “was never in a position to manage anything” And “under 30 years old”notes the former head of state.

The former president is also not kind to Emmanuel Macron’s decision to dissolve the National Assembly which represents “a major risk for the country as well as for the president”.
