Nicolas Cage married: first red carpet with his very young wife Riko at the Gotham Awards

The ceremonial season is officially open! On November 29, 2021, the Gotham Awards celebrated, for their 31st edition, the wonderful world of cinema and series – and especially low-budget productions. Creators, actresses and comedians therefore gathered at Cipriano Wall Street in New York to attend the awards ceremony. Little novelty this year: appointment categories were not gendered. Women and men were therefore, for the very first time, in competition without distinction of sex.

With four awards won in total for his film The Lost Daughter (Netflix), Maggie Gyllenhaal was undoubtedly the queen of the evening. To applaud her, Julianne Moore and Kristen Stewart made the trip, as did Tessa Thompson, Rebecca Hall and her husband Morgan Spector, Ethan Hawke and his wife Ryan, Praya Lundberg, Emilia Jones, Bresha Webb, Thandiwe Newton, Dakota Johnson, Devery Jacobs, Alison Wright, Forest Whitaker, Renate Reinsve – awesome Julie in twelve chapters – as well as Nicolas Cage and his very young wife Riko.

Remember, the couple surprised each other by saying “Yes“during the month of February 2021. Great romantic, Nicolas Cage, 57 years old, got married for the fifth time with this young woman of 31 years his junior in Las Vegas. If the lovebirds hide nothing of their love, this is, it seems, the first time that they appear together at an official event.
