As the kick-off of the Coupe de France final approaches on Saturday May 7, Fabien Lévêque and Éric Roy are live from the Stade de France, in Seine-Saint-Denis, where the atmosphere is festive.
“It’s true that we are expecting a fairly exceptional atmosphere tonight in Saint-Denis. Between 35 and 40,000 Nantes residents are expected, 24,000 from Nice. There is a refreshing side to this year”declares journalist Fabien Lévêque, live from the Stade de France. “What could be more beautiful than seeing this stadium filled with yellow on one side and red and black on the other. In any case, we will have superb colors and we hope that we will have a match to match” , comments Eric Roy.
“There is a lot of expectation on the side of the two clubs. It’s been 25 years since Nice won the Coupe de France, 22 years on the Nantes side. Two clubs frustrated with trophies in recent years”explains Fabien Lévêque. “It’s a rare fact today that PSG leaves a few crumbs to its competitors, so we have to take advantage of it”indicates the sports journalist, who will comment on the meeting with Eric Roy, live on France 2
