Poolers take note: Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase will return to action on Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Chase has missed their last four games with a hip injury. He’s put his hands on 47 balls for 605 yards and six touchdowns this year.
The fifth overall pick in the 2021 draft has had a fantastic first season in the NFL. He also earned the league’s Most Outstanding First-Year Offensive title after having 81 catches for 1,455 yards and 13 majors.
The Bengals (7-4) are on a three-game winning streak. They have quite a challenge ahead of them though, as the Chiefs (9-2) have won their last five games.
In bad shape, Aaron Rodgers wants to continue playing
Despite battling multiple injuries, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers wants to keep playing, at least until his team is mathematically left out of the playoff picture.
The 38-year-old suffered a rib injury Sunday during the third quarter of a 40-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
“I had difficulty breathing and moving my body,” Rodgers said during post-match press conferences.
“If I’m okay tomorrow, I expect to play next weekend. […] As long as we are mathematically alive, I would like to be on the ground, ”added the one who also suffered from a broken thumb since the fifth week of activities.
So far this season, the Packers are 4-8. They rank third in the North Section of the National Association.
For several weeks, speculation has been rife regarding the possibility that the Green Bay club will turn to pivot Jordan Love for the rest of the campaign.
Following the loss to the Eagles, head coach Matt LaFleur attempted to shut down the rumors.
“If Aaron is healthy and ready to play, I expect him to be on the field,” he said.
After Rodgers’ injury against the Eagles, Love completed six of nine passes for 113 yards and a touchdown.
Next Sunday, the Packers have an appointment with the Bears in Chicago.
