(New York) The New York Islanders signed forwards Julien Gauthier, Karson Kuhlman and Brian Pinho to contracts.
The Islanders unveiled those deals on Wednesday. Gauthier signed a two-year contract, while Kuhlman and Pinho agreed to one-year and two-part contracts.
A first-round pick of the Carolina Hurricanes in 2016, Gauthier had nine goals and five assists in 57 games with the New York Rangers and Ottawa Senators last season.
In 153 career games with the Hurricanes, Rangers and Senators, the 26-year-old forward has 32 points, including 14 goals.
