Firefighters are trying to find survivors. “All the windows, all the furniture, everything was destroyed“, says Valentina Ulianova, a resident of Kharkiv. Despite the strikes, hundreds of Ukrainian refugees abroad are beginning to return to the country. The mayor of kyiv (Ukraine) has nevertheless urged the evacuees not to return to the threat of bombing.
