Investigators have made a discovery in the Jubillar case. Delphine’s cell phone would not have left the area around the marital home.
A new element has been discovered by investigators in the context of the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. According to a recent expert report, the nurse’s phone would not have left the area around the family home in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). So far, investigators believe that his cell phone was limited to several kilometers away. “Delphine could not go out without her phone, without her glasses, without her wallet, without her keys and in pajamas, so we necessarily know that Delphine was in the marital home that evening”, says Delphine Jubillar’s family lawyer.
According to him, this demonstrates a clear, direct involvement of Cédric Jubillar. The defense lawyers, for their part, question this new expertise: “It is impossible (…) to geolocate a mobile phone extremely precisely. This method is therefore absolutely unreliable.” Cédric Jubillar, still in detention, must again be heard by the investigating judges on Friday, September 23.
