On January 15, several hundred thousand health passes could be deactivated today. Lila Haffaf, live from Dunkirk (North), reminds us of the new rules put in place for the vaccine pass.
The January 15 deadline announced for the deactivation of certain sanitary passes has finally arrived. In France, it will concern nearly 500,000 people, all those who are not up to date with their vaccination schedule. “If you have received three doses of vaccine or you are not yet eligible for the third dose, nothing changes for you”, says journalist Lila Haffaf. Another exception: for all those who received one or two doses, and who then contracted Covid-19. “In this case, you have six months after your infection to receive a new dose of the vaccine.”
These regulations came into force on Saturday January 15 and apply almost on a case-by-case basis. “I was not aware of this at all”, declares, surprised, a Dunkirk woman. “It’s just a little bit of organization, but we do with it”said another resident. “As the vaccination pass is not yet in force, in the event of deactivation of your pass, you can still carry out PCR or antigen tests to access all places requiring a health pass”, concludes Lila Haffaf from Dunkirk.
