I wouldn’t want to be redundant with the bubble of Montlouis (a thought of the Triple Zero of Jacky Blot), but the chenin blanc finds its place all the same on the throne of the sparkling “moderate pressure”, but sensational in terms of the tasting. The fruitiness here is transparent and radiant, with this particularly intriguing taste of apple, pear and quince. (5)
