New Iconoglace in Mile End

After conquering La Petite-Patrie, the iconic dairy bar born on rue Bélanger a few years ago is now attracting the inhabitants of Mile End.

For several weeks, in the vast and well-lit premises on Avenue Laurier Ouest, which once housed a Thai restaurant (Chao Phraya), as well as Espace Go, in the 1980s, has now stood one of the best addresses ice cream in town.

Regulars will recognize the menu, which varies according to the moods of its cooler, Anabelle Berkani. The big favorites here remain the homemade soft ice cream cones, vegan and perfectly velvety.

These days, we can spoil ourselves with happy and refreshing blends of vanilla and guava, or even mango and strawberry, or why not grapefruit and chocolate. The famous Sundaes continue to be very popular, notably the creation of the moment, lemon tart at the time of writing these lines.

Otherwise, hurricanes, unicorn poop (with cotton candy), drumstick or affogato are always excellent choices!

Note that the kitchen here is three times the size of that on rue Bélanger, and that a beautiful terrace (rue Clark) will be able to welcome customers very soon!
